At Andes Camp Adventures, advance payments allow us to secure reservations with hotels, transportation providers, entrance tickets, permits, and other tourism services. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Andes Camp Adventures.

Until the deposit is received, availability cannot be guaranteed.

2. Deposit Requirements

The required advance payment may vary depending on the selected tour, destination, travel season, or services included.

Some tours require a higher deposit due to the purchase of non-refundable entrance tickets, permits, train tickets, flights, or accommodation reservations.

The exact amount will be communicated during the booking process.

3. Payment Deadline

Advance payments must be completed within the timeframe indicated by our reservations team.

Failure to make the payment before the specified deadline may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods specified during the reservation process.

Any bank transfer fees, international transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or other financial costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

5. Remaining Balance

Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or on the date specified in your booking confirmation.

Failure to complete the final payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund of the advance payment, particularly when services have already been secured with suppliers.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Once certain travel services have been purchased on behalf of the traveler, the corresponding portion of the advance payment may become non-refundable.

These services may include:

• Entrance tickets
• Government permits
• Train tickets
• Flight tickets
• Hotel reservations
• Special transportation services
• Other prepaid travel arrangements

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.

7. Reservation Changes

If you request changes after your advance payment has been made, additional costs may apply depending on supplier policies and service availability.

Some reservations cannot be modified once permits or tickets have been issued.

8. Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment, please send the corresponding payment confirmation if requested. Once verified, Andes Camp Adventures will issue your official booking confirmation and any relevant travel documentation.

9. Cancellation After Advance Payment

If you cancel your reservation after making the advance payment, refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy and the conditions established by our suppliers.

Some prepaid services may not be refundable.
