A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Andes Camp Adventures.

All travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including full name, passport details, nationality, and contact information. Incorrect information may result in additional fees or affect the operation of the tour.

2. Payments

Payment conditions may vary depending on the selected tour or travel package. The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe specified during the booking process.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated before confirmation. Any bank transfer fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary according to the destination, service providers, government regulations, and permit requirements.

Some services, including entrance tickets, train tickets, flight tickets, and special permits, may be non-refundable once purchased.

4. Changes to Reservations

Requests to modify a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Changes involving permits, entrance tickets, transportation, or accommodations may not always be possible after confirmation.

5. Travel Documents

Each traveler is solely responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination certificates, or any other documentation required by the destination.

Andes Camp Adventures is not responsible for expenses or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Health and Physical Condition

Many of our tours involve hiking at high altitudes and outdoor activities that require a reasonable level of physical fitness.

Travelers are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or mobility limitations before the tour begins.

We recommend consulting your physician before participating in high-altitude activities.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, evacuation, lost baggage, and personal belongings.

Andes Camp Adventures is not responsible for costs that could have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Itinerary Changes

For operational or safety reasons, Andes Camp Adventures reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, transportation, accommodations, or activities due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government regulations
• Road closures
• Social or political events
• Safety considerations
• Force majeure events

Whenever possible, we will offer suitable alternatives without compromising the overall travel experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

Andes Camp Adventures acts as an organizer and coordinator of tourism services. While we carefully select our service providers, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of property, or additional expenses caused by airlines, hotels, transportation companies, government authorities, weather conditions, or any other third-party services beyond our direct control.

10. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers agree to:

• Follow the instructions of guides and tour leaders.
• Respect local customs, communities, and cultural heritage.
• Protect the natural environment and archaeological sites.
• Comply with national park and protected area regulations.
• Maintain respectful behavior toward fellow travelers and staff.

Any traveler whose behavior endangers the safety or enjoyment of others may be removed from the tour without refund.

We make every effort to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, prices, itineraries, availability, and descriptions may change without prior notice.

Typographical errors or technical inaccuracies do not constitute binding offers.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Peru.
