Explore the Hidden Glacial Lakes of the Sacred Andes

Venture into one of Cusco’s most breathtaking high-altitude landscapes with a full-day excursion to the 7 Ausangate Lakes. Located at the foot of the majestic Ausangate Mountain, the highest peak in the Cusco region, this unforgettable adventure takes you through pristine Andean scenery where turquoise glacial lakes, towering snow-capped mountains, natural hot springs, and traditional pastoral communities create a truly magical experience.

Considered one of the most sacred mountains in Andean cosmology, Ausangate has long been revered by local communities as an Apu, or sacred mountain spirit. During this journey, you’ll hike through spectacular valleys inhabited by llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas while discovering seven crystal-clear lakes, each displaying unique shades of blue and green. This tour is the perfect combination of adventure, nature, and authentic Andean culture.
